Ivan Cloyd
Principal/Founder
Ivan Cloyd is the Founding Principal of Quadrant Partners, a company committed to residential and public space deployment of media tech-based economic development solutions for local communities.
Quadrant Partners is reflective of Mr. Cloyd’s multifaceted experience in corporate media as well as his demonstrated commitment to community development. His foundational professional experience came while a teen. It was then that he began work as an advocate leader for increased public resources for youth services in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Cloyd went on to serve as an executive team member of broadcast media company Howard Stirk Holdings. There, he was intimately involved in supporting the $370M acquisition of several local U.S. television outlets. His comprehensive involvement in broadcast media continued with his work as a producer and prime-time television actor, most notably with the ABC Network in New York City.
Mr. Cloyd is an alumnus of the Marcus Graham Project, a highly competitive marketing and media training and mentorship program. He currently serves as Regional Vice President for Sports Media, Inc, a national sports brand marketing agency.
A native of Washington, DC, Mr. Cloyd remains committed to civic engagement. He is a current Board Member of Lead by Example, a local non-profit focused on youth mentorship through sports.
Mr. Cloyd is currently pursuing a B.A. at Harvard School of Extension Studies (2026).
Nkosi Bradley
Principal/Director
Quadrant Partners Director of Real Estate, Nkosi Bradley is a mission-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in managing federal, state, and local community, economic, and real estate development strategies. He maintains significant experience in the management, and overall leadership of catalytic projects that work to transform economically underserved communities.
Mr. Bradley began his career as a legislative aide to Congressman Bobby Rush (Il-01) and went on to lead housing development for a Chicago-based community development corporation.
He later held positions with the National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) and the District of Columbia’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED). At DMPED, he was responsible for overseeing the complex disposition of the Skyland Shopping Center (Skyland), an 18-acre federally encumbered site slated for redevelopment into a catalytic mixed-use town center in an economically underserved area of the District of Columbia.
Mr. Bradley most recently served as President and CEO of the Development Corporation of Columbia Heights – a non-profit organization focused on affordable housing and small business development in the District of Columbia. He also worked with the DC Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA) where he led engagement of public sector partners.
Mr. Bradley holds a J.D. from Saint John’s University in New York, and a B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago.
Bobvala Tengen
Senior Associate
Quadrant Senior Associate, Bobvala Tengen is a native of Washington, DC, who is personally committed to the development of clean, safe and affordable housing for those in need. He maintains over a decade of comprehensive affordable housing underwriting and relationship management experience.
Mr. Tengen has worked for local District of Columbia non-profit community development corporations, as well as the District’s Department of Housing Community Development (DHCD) and it’s Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA). Between his work as VP at the Community Development Banking division of Bank of America, and as project lead for Folger-Pratt, a developer of large scale mixed-use real estate, Mr. Tengen has played significant roles in projects spanning California and the Pacific Northwest to the Mid-Atlantic.
All told, Mr. Tengen is responsible for underwriting and otherwise shepherding in the delivery of over 2000 units of multifamily rental housing at a development cost of over $1.1B.
Mr. Tengen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati, Master of Science in Accounting from American University and Master in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
